Clinical Supervision and Consultation

Helping Therapists Grow With Confidence, Reflection, and Meaningful Support

Clinical Supervision Designed to Nurture Your Personal and Professional Development

It’s easy to feel disconnected or stuck in your therapy work. Maybe you’re unsure what’s next, or wondering if you're really helping in the way you hoped. Previous supervision may have fallen short, more task-focused than transformational.

At Driftwood Psychotherapy, clinical supervision and consultation is more than making sure you don’t mess up. It’s a chance to reconnect with your values, refine your approach, and feel truly supported, professionally and personally.

Supervision That Honours the Therapist-as-Person

Clinical supervision for therapists should be more than case consultations. At Driftwood, reflective supervision is an intentional space to explore how your identity, emotions, and values shape your work.

I offer therapy supervision rooted in curiosity, compassion, and psychological safety. We co-create a supervision plan based on your goals and learning style. Whether you're seeking mentorship, therapist support, or space for reflection, this is a collaborative process.

Who Benefits from Clinical Supervision?

Whether you’re just starting or you’ve been in the field for years, supervision offers a powerful space to reflect, recalibrate, and grow. This work is for:

  • New therapists building confidence

  • Registered Psychotherapists working toward independent status

  • Clinicians feeling stuck, uncertain, or burned out

  • Therapists seeking EMDRIA consultation or CRPO supervision hours

  • Practitioners craving connection and community

  • Therapists looking for opportunities to network and build their practices

  • Those wanting deeper self-awareness and stronger clinical skills

Supervision at Driftwood Psychotherapy isn’t just about troubleshooting client concerns, it’s about becoming a more grounded, intentional version of yourself as a therapist.
